Their services include On Demand features that gives access to a collection of movies and programs to be watched on the subscriber‘s schedule, with newly released movies that are available at the touch of a button. Time Warner Cable offers a DVR, or Digital Video Recorder that is able to record up to two other programs while watching a third, record one program on one channel while watching a program on another channel, set it to record one particular series, or use it to pause, rewind or fast forward live TV events like the ones found on their Pay Per View options.
Their high-speed online service is fast and reliable. Through the online service, customers can access their webpage to pay the monthly bill, find out about new products and services, upgrade existing services, sign up for new service or go to the Support section on the page and use the Live Support Chat feature to get questions answered, no matter what time of the day or night it is. This feature comes in handy for the individual on a non-traditional work schedule. Time Warner Cable makes it easy for the customer to get the help he or she needs, when he or she needs it.
Time Warner Cable also has digital phone services. Digital service is superior to traditional analog services for sound quality and reliability. With Time Warner, the service comes with unlimited calling to anywhere in the United States, Canada or Puerto Rico and calling features like caller id, call waiting, call forwarding and more.
Time Warner Cable already offers great services at reasonable rates, with excellent customer service. So, after almost fifty years in the business, with already competitive rates and services, what more could they add to their product and service packages for even more quality and value? What more could they give their customers that they do not already provide?
How about cable series shows being aired on the computer for no extra monthly cost to the consumer? Starting at the end of 2009 or the beginning of 2010, Time Warner Cable will be broadcasting shows from cable channels like HBO and AMC. Whereas certain channels have broadcast series online for free, or partial episodes, in the past, this has not happened with Time Warner Cable or any other cable TV provider. It comes to pass now to take the extra step to make sure their customers are satisfied.
Time Warner Cable customers will be able to watch their shows online, commercial-free, with a service provided by an already solid, proven provider in the cable TV industry. Once again, Time Warner Cable has proven to be customer-oriented and customer-centered.
