The excitement of major radio broadcasters was demonstrated in their support at a recent Electronics show where announcement was made of their plans to upgrade thousands of stations for High Definition radio, and so far, more than 300 have been already been completed. Companies are beginning to show off new High Definition radios in trade shows with prices beginning at around $150. New cars are beginning to appear with High Definition radio, and plans are underway for MP3 players and cell phones to be equipped with advanced HD technology.
